The capital injection follows a period of rapid expansion for the company, which recently reported an annualized run rate revenue of $500 million as of June. This valuation leap marks a significant climb from the $6.6 billion figure achieved during its $330 million funding round just last December. Menlo Ventures maintained its position as a lead investor, continuing a trend of heavy backing for the platform’s trajectory.

Lovable Hits $13.3 Billion Valuation After $400 Million Series C
With a fresh $400 million in the bank, Europe’s vibe-coding leader Lovable has officially doubled its valuation to $13.3 billion. The Series C round, spearheaded by Menlo Ventures and the Scaleup Europe Fund, arrives as the startup scales its infrastructure to support 900 million monthly visitors across 60 million active projects.
To manage its massive user base, Lovable has moved beyond relying solely on third-party technology, implementing its own in-house trained AI models. The company’s operational requirements expanded significantly following a multiyear agreement with Google Cloud, which resulted in a fivefold surge in platform usage. Beyond its core software, the firm has begun deploying capital into the broader European ecosystem, recently backing the Danish startup Atech to support hardware-focused design tools. Notably, Regent, the investment group that owns TechCrunch, joined the list of participants in this latest financing round.
