The annual Voice of Our Clients report, which surveyed business and technology executives, identifies a critical disconnect between ambition and execution. Although generative AI implementation has surged by 37 percentage points over the last two years, organizational agility remains low; only 23% of leaders currently classify their operating models as highly agile. Legacy infrastructure continues to act as a primary anchor, with 45% of executives citing aging systems as a significant barrier to their digital transformation goals.

Success now hinges on shoring up data foundations and security protocols before attempting to scale. Despite the focus on innovation, geopolitical uncertainty and economic constraints are driving 40% of firms to prioritize data sovereignty, while cybersecurity and cost management remain the dominant factors pushing cloud adoption. To bridge these gaps, many organizations are increasingly turning to managed services and external strategic partnerships to compensate for internal talent deficits.
