Cellebrite Faces Investor Probe Following 30% Stock Drop

Cellebrite DI Ltd. shares plummeted more than 30% this month after the company posted second-quarter revenue of $131.1 million, missing analyst expectations. The sharp decline prompted law firm Levi & Korsinsky to launch an investigation into whether the firm misled shareholders regarding its 2026 financial guidance and growth prospects.

The investigation centers on whether Cellebrite adequately disclosed the conditions affecting its business prior to the guidance reduction. Management pointed to elongated sales cycles and slower-than-expected expansion from Inseyets conversions as primary drivers for the shortfall. This outlook revision stands in stark contrast to the company’s position just three months earlier. On May 14, 2026, during the first-quarter earnings call, Chief Financial Officer David Barter reaffirmed the company’s full-year thesis and guided second-quarter Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) between $510 million and $513 million. When final figures were released on August 13, the company reported only $507.8 million in ARR.

Legal representatives are now reviewing potential securities law violations on behalf of investors who suffered financial losses. The inquiry focuses on whether the company’s public statements regarding its 2026 revenue trajectory and product conversion rates were materially accurate or misleading. Investors who purchased CLBT securities and sustained losses may be eligible for a review of their potential claims, regardless of whether they currently hold the shares.
