Citius Pharma reports revenue growth as LYMPHIR launch gains traction

Citius Pharmaceuticals reported $7.1 million in revenue for the first nine months of fiscal 2026, driven by the commercial rollout of its targeted immunotherapy, LYMPHIR. The company, which maintains $17 million in cash reserves, is now leveraging an expanded nationwide sales team to secure deeper penetration across academic and community oncology centers.

The company’s fiscal third-quarter results underscore a shift toward commercialization, with LYMPHIR now available at 44 prominent institutions. Leadership highlighted that institutional vial orders grew by 31% during the quarter, with July marking a record high of 383 vials ordered. According to CEO Leonard Mazur, the treatment has secured near-universal payer coverage, effectively eliminating common reimbursement hurdles that often slow the adoption of new oncology therapies.

Beyond current commercial performance, Citius is exploring the drug's utility in broader clinical applications. Recent data presented at the 2026 ASTCT & CIBMTR Tandem Meetings showed an 86% objective response rate when LYMPHIR was administered prior to CAR-T therapy in patients with high-risk relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. While the company reported a net loss of $38.3 million for the nine-month period—largely due to a one-time $19.7 million contract cancellation charge—management maintains that the platform's infrastructure is now fully scaled to support long-term revenue sustainability.
