The joint venture, comprising WhiteWater, Devon Energy, MPLX, Diamondback Energy, and Western Midstream Partners, plans to roll out the pipeline in phases. Initial capacity is set at 2.25 billion cubic feet per day by late 2029, with a matching expansion scheduled for 2030. The design allows for flexible commissioning, enabling the partners to scale throughput based on market conditions and specific shipper requirements.

Solitude Pipeline System Clears Final Investment Decision
A consortium led by WhiteWater has greenlit the Solitude Pipeline System, a dual 48-inch natural gas route connecting the Permian Basin to Katy, Texas. This infrastructure project, backed by long-term agreements with investment-grade shippers, aims to address the growing demand for natural gas transport to the Gulf Coast.

WhiteWater holds a controlling 50% interest in the venture, with the remaining equity split among Devon Energy (25%), MPLX (10%), Diamondback Energy (7.5%), and Western Midstream (7.5%). Construction remains subject to standard regulatory approvals, with the system expected to begin commercial service in the second half of 2029.
