MHC Gains Leader Status in 2026 Aragon Research Globe for Automation

The report highlights the rapid expansion of MHC NorthStar, noting that the platform's utility extends beyond simple AI roadmaps. Aragon Research points to the integration of AI-assisted document creation, translation capabilities, and the launch of MHC Payments Plus with Paymode embedded as evidence of the company’s momentum. Analysts emphasize that as organizations move away from traditional, rules-based systems, the ability to maintain secure, human-in-the-loop workflows has become a primary market differentiator.

Aragon Research CEO Jim Lundy noted that the promotion reflects actual platform maturity rather than speculative development. The evaluation underscores MHC’s technical strengths, specifically its flexible deployment options—spanning cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments—and its unified data modeling. These features allow enterprises to consolidate information from disparate source systems into a single foundation for communication and governance.

For MHC CEO Chris Hartigan, the shift represents a three-year effort to scale innovation for highly regulated industries. As the market heads toward 2027, the focus remains on transforming raw intelligence into governable, trusted enterprise tools that replace manual tasks. The platform currently supports the end-to-end communications lifecycle, from template management to secure API-driven integration with partners like Box.
