Loyalist College Adopts Sectra Imaging Platform for Diagnostic Training
Ontario’s Loyalist College is integrating Sectra’s cloud-based Education Portal into its medical curriculum, marking the first such deployment in the province. The platform provides students with access to anonymized, real-world diagnostic imaging cases, designed to bridge the gap between classroom theory and the clinical environment for future imaging professionals.

Nader Soltani, President at Sectra Canada, noted that the initiative seeks to standardize high-quality training across the institution. The agreement, finalized during the fourth quarter of Sectra’s 2025/2026 fiscal year, currently supports up to 50 users per month. As the college expands its medical programs, the portal’s architecture allows for the addition of further imaging specialties, mirroring the diagnostic workflows currently used in hospitals.
