Quantum technology firm EigenQ and Silicon Valley Acquisition Corp. have submitted a draft registration statement to the SEC, marking a pivotal step in their plan to merge and list on the Nasdaq exchange. The companies expect to finalize the business combination by the fourth quarter of 2026.

EigenQ Moves Toward Public Listing with Confidential SEC Filing

The confidential filing of the Form S-4 registration statement signals progress in the transition of the Austin-based company into a publicly traded entity, to be known as EigenQ Holdings, Inc. Pending regulatory review and shareholder approval, the combined firm intends to trade under the ticker symbol EIGQ.

Chief Executive Officer Dr. José Rosas-Bustos described the filing as a milestone in the firm's commercialization strategy. EigenQ, which focuses on quantum security, networking, and sensing infrastructure, intends to use the capital and public profile to scale its partnerships with government and commercial enterprises. Chairman Dr. Jesse Van Griensven noted that the move is aimed at accelerating innovation in secure digital infrastructure, a sector currently bracing for the arrival of the Quantum Era.
