Cyberhaven Expands Executive Team to Scale Data Security Platform

Following a record-breaking first half of the year, Mountain View-based Cyberhaven has appointed Todd Rotger as President of Go-to-Market to spearhead the company’s next phase of growth. The security firm also added three other senior leaders to its executive ranks to bolster product, marketing, and customer experience operations.

Cyberhaven Expands Executive Team to Scale Data Security Platform

Rotger arrives with a reputation for scaling enterprise software, most notably his tenure at Saviynt, where he helped drive annual recurring revenue from $30 million to $300 million. His mandate at Cyberhaven is to build a go-to-market engine capable of supporting the company’s transition from a specialized security provider to an enterprise-wide platform. CEO Nishant Doshi noted that the appointments are timed to capitalize on an inflection point for the firm as it attracts increasingly complex, AI-forward organizations.

To support this expansion, Cyberhaven has appointed Manish Kalia as Chief Product Officer, Aaron Feigin as Chief Marketing Officer, and Andy Dobrov as Senior Vice President of Customer Experience. Kalia, formerly of Ping Identity, will focus on integrating AI-driven protections into the company's core product suite. Feigin brings experience from Sumo Logic and VMware, tasks with defining the market category for agentic data security, while Dobrov will unify support and services to improve the customer lifecycle. These additions follow the recent launch of Cyberhaven Flow, an AI-native platform designed to monitor data lineage and identity across human and machine workflows.
