Elliot Baldini Named Chief Operating Officer at Sola Salons

Baldini joins the Denver-based company as it marks its 22nd year of operation, a period defined by rapid expansion and the recent milestone of surpassing 750 active sites. He will be responsible for supporting the community of 21,000 beauty and wellness professionals who utilize Sola’s turnkey studio model. His remit includes boosting occupancy rates and refining the support infrastructure for the brand’s franchise partners.

Ben Jones, Chief Executive Officer at Radiance Holdings, characterized the appointment as a strategic move to sustain the company's current momentum. Baldini brings experience in scaling multi-unit operations, a skill set the leadership team intends to leverage as they pursue further brand elevation. In the past year, Sola expanded its footprint by opening its largest facility to date, which houses over 100 private suites, and committed $50,000 to industry grants and scholarships. The company continues to prioritize the integration of specialized technology and education for its independent business owners.
