CEO Scott Popilek emphasized that Houseman’s background in fostering high-performing cultures will be essential as the company scales its presence across the Eastern and Southeastern United States.

For his part, Houseman intends to prioritize a relationship-driven approach to expansion, ensuring that new partners align with the firm's long-term vision. The move signals a shift toward a more formalized, disciplined acquisition process, aimed at balancing rapid growth with the operational stability that has defined the company’s 50-year history.
