The new Park Hill location complements the company’s existing Centennial site, bringing its total Denver-area portfolio to roughly 200,000 square feet. Designed for scalability, the facility provides units ranging from 200 to 2,000 square feet, equipped with loading docks and climate control. Monthly rates begin at $1,000 for lease terms between six and 12 months. According to COO Joseph Ely, the model prioritizes growth flexibility, allowing tenants to adjust their footprint as their inventory and operational needs evolve.

WareSpace Expands Denver Micro-Bay Footprint with Park Hill Facility
A 129,000-square-foot industrial hub at 5150 Colorado Blvd. is set to open August 27, marking WareSpace’s second Denver-area site. The facility targets small businesses by offering flexible, private warehouse units that bypass the rigid constraints and high costs of traditional long-term industrial leases.
Strategically positioned for access to I-25, I-70, and the downtown core, the site aims to serve a broad spectrum of local entrepreneurs from RiNo to Aurora. CEO Levi Cohen noted that the facility functions as essential infrastructure for the local economy, enabling businesses to invest capital into staff and inventory rather than excess square footage. The grand opening event on August 27 will deviate from standard corporate ceremonies, focusing instead on networking and showcase opportunities for current tenants from both the Park Hill and Centennial locations.
