Neon City Festival Returns to Downtown Las Vegas with Five Major Headliners

The festival maintains its signature "without fences" policy, utilizing the Fremont Street Experience and the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center as the primary stages for the three-day celebration. Beyond the musical acts, the event integrates local culinary vendors, interactive art installations, and synchronized laser displays under the Fremont Street canopy. Organizers intend for the gathering to serve as a community appreciation event for both residents and tourists.

Spearheaded by casino owner Derek Stevens and overseen by CEO Jeff Victor, the festival represents a collaborative effort between major downtown gaming properties and the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority. The ownership group includes representatives from nearly every major downtown establishment, including the Golden Nugget, the D Las Vegas, and the Plaza Hotel. While these five headliners set the initial tone for the November dates, management confirmed that additional programming and supporting artist announcements will follow in the coming weeks.
