The software is designed to function on existing hardware, including standard smart TVs, computer modules, and common web browsers, removing the need for specialized equipment. Administrators can push updates to Google Slides or other content formats instantly across multiple buildings, a feature aimed at high-traffic areas such as athletic lobbies, cafeterias, and front offices. The company claims that setup for the system takes approximately 10 minutes.

This launch targets institutions currently struggling with the high costs of digital signage or the limitations of legacy tools like Chrome Sign Builder. By integrating with the company’s existing media library, the platform allows schools to synchronize static displays with their interactive touchscreen recognition software. The service supports a wide range of content, from daily schedules and lunch menus to emergency alerts and institutional history, providing a centralized ecosystem for campus-wide messaging.
