AmeriFlex Group Deploys AI Tool to Automate Succession Scouting

Thomas Goodson, founder and CEO of the Las Vegas-based hybrid RIA, described the tool as a way to streamline the connection between retiring advisors and those seeking growth. The program replaces manual practice reviews with automated profiles, allowing the firm’s specialists to prioritize cultural alignment during the transition process. Jesse Kurrasch, the firm's Chief Operating Officer, noted that the initiative addresses the growing succession crisis by scaling capacity for personalized support.

This technology is central to the firm's growth strategy, which targets the addition of 100 advisors over the next 24 months. The expansion follows a strong first half of 2026, during which the firm onboarded 18 advisors managing over $1.7 billion in client assets. The AmeriFlex Group, which secured a minority investment from Cambridge Investment Research earlier this year, operates as an advisor-owned entity focused on transitional wealth planning.
