After seventeen years driving growth across the United States and Europe, Fernando Matzkin has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer at Globant. He moves into the role tasked with accelerating the firm’s Vision 2030 strategy and sharpening the integration of AI-native services into its core operational model.
CEO and co-founder Martín Migoya cited Matzkin’s deep tenure and industry insight as the primary drivers for the appointment. The firm, which currently employs over 27,400 people across 30 countries, aims to use this leadership change to scale its delivery capabilities.
