OneView will deploy its cloud-native, API-first platform to replace legacy infrastructure, working in tandem with Accenture, which manages back-end operations. By moving away from custom builds, the new system introduces a commercial off-the-shelf solution designed to support mobile services, self-service kiosks, and advanced clienteling tools for postmasters.

Linda Palanza, CEO of OneView, noted that the platform provides the necessary agility for large-scale postal operations without the burden of extensive customization. The rollout will proceed in phases, with current efforts focused on establishing deployment timelines and technical configurations to ensure stability for the branch network throughout the transition.
