Chase Corporation Acquires Adhesive Specialist Hylomar
Westwood-based Chase Corporation has acquired UK-based Hylomar Holdings Limited, a move designed to bolster its footprint in high-performance industrial sealants. The deal integrates Hylomar’s six decades of specialized chemical engineering into Chase’s global infrastructure, targeting critical applications across the aerospace, power generation, and transportation sectors.

Eric Conley, CEO of Chase Corporation, stated that the acquisition provides a foundation for growth by combining Hylomar’s differentiated technology with Chase’s wider protective solutions portfolio. As part of the transition, Hylomar staff will be integrated into Chase’s employee equity ownership program, allowing them to share in the long-term benefits of the combined entity.
