ketteQ Appoints Jennie Vandegrift as Chief Customer Officer

To support its rapid global expansion, supply chain orchestration firm ketteQ has appointed industry veteran Jennie Vandegrift as Chief Customer Officer. Tasked with overseeing global delivery, support, and success, Vandegrift joins the company as it moves to scale its AI-driven platform following a string of successful enterprise deployments.

Vandegrift brings over 19 years of experience in retail, CPG, and supply chain technology to the Atlanta-based company. She arrives from Nuqleous, where she served as CCO, and previously held leadership roles at o9 Solutions and E2open. Her background includes managing complex supply chain transformations for major global brands, including Kellogg’s, Mars, and Campbell’s, as well as an eight-year tenure in retail operations at Target Corporation.

At ketteQ, Vandegrift will focus on driving customer retention and long-term adoption of the company’s supply chain solutions, including Quintus, its proprietary AI agent. CEO Mike Landry cited her history of building metrics-driven organizations as the primary driver for the appointment, noting her expertise in converting initial software deployments into sustained, multi-year partnerships as a vital asset for the firm's growth phase.
