Disney Cruise Line Returns to New York and Expands Global Routes
After a four-year hiatus, Disney Cruise Line is returning to New York City, anchoring a major expansion of its Fall 2027 and Spring 2028 itineraries. The company plans to deploy the Disney Wish for a series of special voyages while simultaneously introducing maiden calls in Panama and increasing departures from San Juan.

Beyond the East Coast, the cruise line is broadening its reach through strategic repositioning. The Disney Magic is scheduled for two 14-night Panama Canal crossings that include maiden calls to Fuerte Amador and Colon. Meanwhile, the Disney Fantasy will increase its presence in Puerto Rico, offering Southern Caribbean routes that feature stops in Curaçao, Bonaire, and Barbados. Bookings for the new season open to select Castaway Club members on August 31, 2026, with general public access starting September 8.
