The one-day event draws on extensive research from institutions including Harvard University, Baylor University, and Gallup. Organizers aim to translate academic findings into actionable strategies for business leaders, educators, and individuals seeking to foster environments where people can thrive. The program will address the practical application of flourishing within workplaces, personal relationships, and during periods of significant hardship.

Featured speakers include Dr. Sanjay Gupta, Dr. Eric Thomas, Lecrae, Katherine Wolf, and Dan T. Cathy. These leaders will join researchers to discuss the intersection of medicine, faith, and culture in the pursuit of long-term well-being. Tia Miller, interim executive director of the Trilith Foundation, noted that the summit is intended to move the conversation from theory to practice, providing attendees with tangible tools to implement in their homes and professional communities.
