Youxin Technology Revenue Surges 444% Following Strategic Acquisition

Guangzhou-based Youxin Technology reported a 444% revenue increase to $1.88 million for the first half of fiscal year 2026, a jump driven largely by the October 2025 acquisition of Celnet Technology. Despite the top-line growth, the SaaS and PaaS provider recorded a net loss of $1.93 million attributable to shareholders.

The company’s gross profit rose to $0.77 million, compared to $0.13 million in the same period last year, while gross margins improved to 41% from 37%. CEO Shaozhang Lin attributed the financial shift to the consolidation of Celnet and ongoing demand for customized CRM system development services. As the business scales, Youxin is pivoting toward its fifth-generation AI-powered PaaS platform, aiming to integrate digital enablement solutions to capture broader market segments.

Operating expenses reached $2.65 million, up from $1.40 million previously, reflecting higher administrative costs and share-based compensation. While revenue from professional services climbed significantly to $1.75 million, subscription revenue saw a slight 8% decline. The company ended the period with $4.55 million in cash, down from $9.91 million in September 2025, as it continues to invest in research, development, and the commercialization of its AI-enabled infrastructure.
