Four Seasons Maui Expands Dining Portfolio with Madhappy's Pantry

The Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea has debuted Pantry Maui, a new all-day café concept created in collaboration with the Los Angeles-based brand Madhappy. This opening marks the brand’s first stand-alone hospitality destination in Hawaiʻi, introducing a curated menu that blends island-inspired ingredients with high-end coffee and matcha culture.

Developed alongside Executive Chef Ryan Schelling and Executive Sous Chef AJ Thalakkat, the café focuses on localized menu items tailored to the Maui landscape. Signature offerings include the Mango Sticky Rice Matcha Latte, the Banana Coconut Latte, and the Poi Coconut Crown—a pastry layered with traditional poi and coconut. Beyond the kitchen, the space functions as a retail hub featuring exclusive apparel, drinkware, and accessories designed to extend the brand experience beyond the resort grounds.

This launch serves as a cornerstone of the resort’s ongoing property-wide transformation, which recently included the opening of the Kai Holo Spa and a revitalized Club Floor. According to Konrad Gstrein, Regional Vice President and General Manager, the partnership aligns with the resort's commitment to elevating guest amenities through thoughtful, high-quality concepts. Madhappy CEO Peiman Raf noted that the collaboration emphasizes a shared dedication to hospitality and community. Located on the Wailea coast, the café is open daily from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, welcoming both resort guests and local visitors.
