Cloud Inventory has overhauled its Enterprise Printing Platform to remove hardware-specific constraints from label design. By introducing a generic printer option, the company allows users to create templates that function across diverse device models, effectively decoupling label development from the limitations of individual printer drivers or specific manufacturer requirements.
Beyond streamlining device compatibility, the new architecture expands font support by eliminating the need to upload individual font files directly onto hardware. President Brent DiBartolo noted that the release aims to improve day-to-day operational efficiency for clients. The platform continues to support barcode, RFID, and graphics printing directly from standard applications without requiring dedicated print servers or additional hardware.
