Sizemore’s transition marks a significant shift for the independent agency as it seeks to dismantle siloed workstreams. During her tenure at Wieden+Kennedy, she rose to Group Director of Media and Communications Strategy, overseeing high-profile campaigns for Electronic Arts, Airbnb, and TurboTax. Her background includes managing strategic partnerships with the NFL and leading a decade of Super Bowl advertising efforts. At FINN, she will oversee a global team focused on integrating strategy, creative, and technical measurement across five core sectors: health, travel, education, technology, and financial services.

Wieden+Kennedy Veteran Kim Sizemore Tapped to Lead FINN Partners Media
After an 18-year career at creative powerhouse Wieden+Kennedy, Kim Sizemore has been appointed Head of Integrated Media at FINN Partners. She joins the firm to unify its global media strategy, tasked with blending brand-building creative with performance-driven analytics across the agency’s diverse portfolio of B2B, B2C, and nonprofit clients.

Noah Finn, Managing Partner of Integrated Marketing, noted that Sizemore’s hire is intended to bridge the gap between creative excellence and technical platform rigor. For her part, Sizemore emphasized that the agency’s independent structure provides the necessary agility to craft bespoke solutions that are often hindered by fragmentation in larger, more traditional firms. Global Head of Creative Pepe Aguilar highlighted her appointment as a signal of broader industry trends, noting that top-tier talent is increasingly gravitating toward agencies that prioritize holistic problem-solving over rigid, department-based processes.
