Pulsenmore Scales U.S. Market Entry Amidst Half-Year Financial Results

Pulsenmore Ltd. has officially initiated U.S. commercial operations following FDA authorization, marking a strategic pivot for the Israel-based firm. During the first half of 2026, the company recorded its first domestic patient scans and secured key partnerships, even as it navigated a wider net loss compared to the previous year.

The company’s expansion into the American market included the launch of a dedicated e-commerce platform and the signing of commercial agreements with the Center for Fetal Maternal Ultrasound and TLC Perinatal Care. To support this growth, Pulsenmore sold approximately 4,265 devices globally during the first six months of the year. The firm also strengthened its technological footprint through a partnership with Ouma Health, aimed at improving prenatal care access in underserved communities.

Financial statements for the period ending June 30, 2026, show revenues of NIS 6.1 million, a 53% increase over the same period in 2025. This growth was driven largely by increased unit sales to Clalit Health Services and the recognition of revenue from its Pulsenmore FC monitoring product. Despite the revenue climb, the company reported a total comprehensive loss of NIS 35 million, heavily impacted by financial expenses related to a recent private placement. Looking ahead, CEO Dr. Elazar Sonnenschein stated that the focus for the remainder of the year will be on scaling the U.S. commercial base and transitioning from early-stage market entry to consistent revenue generation.
