Midland Industries Expands Connection Portfolio with Pegasus Acquisition

Midland Industries Expands Connection Portfolio with Pegasus Acquisition

The deal brings Pegasus’s technical expertise in wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and custom marking into the Midland fold. By absorbing these capabilities, Midland intends to move beyond its traditional focus on valves and fittings to offer a more comprehensive suite of maintenance and repair solutions. Pegasus maintains a physical presence in both the United States and Canada, providing Midland with an immediate cross-border expansion of its service network.

Mark Roszkowski, CEO of Midland Industries, emphasized that the integration is driven by the complementary nature of the two companies' technical support and customer-focused engineering. For Gemspring Capital, which manages $5.1 billion in assets, the acquisition serves as a strategic move to scale Midland’s platform for long-term growth. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
