GomSpace Secures 6.3 MSEK Contract for D-Orbit Logistics Missions

This contract extension scales GomSpace’s standardized power technology across D-Orbit’s fleet of orbital transportation vehicles. The hardware is designed to support the complex, multi-orbit maneuvers required for D-Orbit’s satellite deployment services. By integrating these systems, D-Orbit intends to maintain the operational reliability of its ION platforms while expanding its reach across a diverse global customer base.

For GomSpace, the order validates a corporate strategy focused on high-volume, repeat deliveries to established industry players. Executives from both companies emphasized that the decade-long collaboration relies on consistent technical performance and mutual trust. As the space logistics sector moves toward more frequent in-orbit operations, this partnership aims to streamline mission-critical power requirements for upcoming campaigns.
