His transition to the British game is supported by assistant coach Paul Cantwell, who joins the staff after leading the Yorkshire Dragons. Rogers, a former first-round NBA draft pick who played for the Vancouver Grizzlies and internationally for CSKA Moscow, expressed a commitment to building a team that reflects the city's sporting heritage.
