MS Transverse Adds Industry Veterans to Board of Directors
MS Transverse has expanded its governance structure, appointing Michael Angelina, Bryan Sanders, and Kevin Traetow to its Board of Directors. The move brings over 120 years of combined experience in specialty insurance, reinsurance, and actuarial risk management to the New Jersey-based firm as it seeks to scale its platform.
Kevin Traetow rounds out the trio following his retirement from Aon in April 2026, where he previously served as U.S. Vice Chairman of Reinsurance Solutions. Chairman Dave Paulsson emphasized that the trio’s combined track record will be vital as the company deepens its reinsurance relationships and expands its program and MGA partnerships. MS Transverse, a subsidiary of MS&AD Insurance Group Holdings, continues to focus on its role as a hybrid fronting carrier since its founding in 2018.
