PixCell Medical Enters Canadian Market with HemoScreen Hematology Tech
Nearly one in five Canadians live in rural or remote areas, often struggling to access timely diagnostic services. To bridge this gap, Israel-based PixCell Medical has secured a Health Canada Class III license for its HemoScreen analyzer, launching a distribution partnership with Inter Medico to bring lab-quality blood testing nationwide.
Inter Medico, a firm with over 45 years of experience in the Canadian diagnostic market, will handle the local rollout. CEO Dan Lichtman noted that the partnership was driven by the device's proven ease of implementation in global hospital settings.
