The merger, first announced in June 2026, combines Enstructure’s existing assets with LOGISTEC’s extensive port operations. The expanded network now encompasses over 3,000 waterfront acres and 12.5 million square feet of industrial warehousing, handling roughly 70 million tons of cargo annually. Services provided across these facilities range from stevedoring and cargo-handling to multimodal logistics for bulk, breakbulk, and automotive shipments.

Enstructure Finalizes Acquisition of LOGISTEC Marine Services
Enstructure has officially completed its acquisition of LOGISTEC’s marine services division, forming a massive logistics network that spans 106 terminals across 30 North American states and provinces. This consolidation creates a workforce of 6,000 employees and integrates infrastructure reaching from the U.S. Gulf Coast to the Canadian Arctic.

Co-CEOs Philippe De Montigny and Matthew Satnick emphasized that the deal aims to unify critical infrastructure into a single, cohesive supply chain provider. While the financial terms remain undisclosed, Blackstone Credit & Insurance, which has invested nearly $2 billion in Enstructure since 2022, will continue its support. Enstructure has committed to maintaining LOGISTEC’s Montréal headquarters and plans to sustain existing partnerships with local communities, port authorities, and Indigenous groups. Blue Wolf Capital Partners, the former majority owner of LOGISTEC, will hold an ongoing investment stake in the combined organization.
