After nearly four decades with Cincinnati Financial Corporation, Chief Claims Officer Marc J. Schambow will retire in January 2027. The company is positioning industry veteran Todd V. McMillan to oversee its headquarters and field claims teams, while Chief Legal Officer Thomas C. Hogan assumes executive oversight of overall claims operations.
President and CEO Stephen M. Spray credited Schambow with enhancing service efficiencies through technology and maintaining high marks from policyholders. Incoming leader Todd V. McMillan joins the firm with nearly 30 years of experience, previously serving as head of liability claims for Safety National Casualty Corporation. To streamline coordination, the company is also tasking Chief Legal Officer Thomas C. Hogan with broader executive oversight, aiming to improve outcomes on litigated claims by aligning legal and claims operations under his direction.
