Denver-based global mobility firm Graebel Companies and Seattle-based accommodations provider Reside Worldwide have merged under common ownership. Backed by Westbridge Capital and the Graebel family, the new partnership aims to dismantle fragmented corporate relocation systems by integrating managed services with a proprietary housing marketplace platform.
Ron Dunlap, who takes the helm as CEO of the combined organization, views the move as a critical step in reducing the complexity currently faced by global employers. While both firms will continue to operate as distinct entities, the integration process is already active.
