Lennar Launches Lake Shore Residential Project in Winder
Lennar is expanding its footprint in Barrow County with the grand opening of Lake Shore, a new development of single-family homes situated between Athens and Atlanta. The project targets families seeking proximity to the University of Georgia, with an official public unveiling scheduled for September 12 at 11:00 a.m.
Scott Withington, Division President of Lennar’s Atlanta office, noted that the site was chosen for its walkability to Winder Elementary School and access to local retail hubs like Barrow Crossing. Beyond the residential units, the development includes a pool, pool house, and walking trails, with additional outdoor recreation available nearby at Fort Yargo State Park.
