With a fresh $550 million injection, Israeli-Dutch startup Wonderful has more than doubled its valuation to $5 billion in less than six months. The funding round, led by Insight Partners, signals intense market appetite for the company’s pivot from simple customer service bots to a comprehensive AI operating system.

AI Startup Wonderful Hits $5 Billion Valuation in Rapid Series C

Founded in early 2025, the company has rapidly scaled its footprint across more than 35 countries. While its initial success stemmed from specialized customer service agents, the business now focuses on its "Wonderful AI OS." This platform functions as a connective layer, integrating disparate AI models, workflows, and enterprise data into existing technical stacks.

Salesforce joined the current round alongside returning investors including Index Ventures, IVP, and Bessemer Venture Partners. A defining feature of Wonderful’s growth is its reliance on forward-deployed engineering teams. These specialists work directly on client premises to manage integration, a high-touch strategy that differentiates the firm from competitors offering purely off-the-shelf software. CTO and co-founder Roey Lalazar noted that this flexibility allows clients to maintain ownership of their builds while selecting the specific AI models best suited to their workloads. The new capital will accelerate product development and expand these on-site engineering units to keep pace with global demand.
