NWPX Infrastructure Acquires Serpentix Conveyor to Expand Wastewater Reach
With the acquisition of Westminster-based Serpentix Conveyor, LLC, Vancouver’s NWPX Infrastructure is folding specialized material-handling expertise into its wastewater treatment portfolio. The deal, which finalized on September 2, 2026, integrates Serpentix’s proprietary conveyance technology into a broader strategy targeting municipal and industrial infrastructure markets across North America.
Beyond conveyor systems, the acquisition adds industrial automation and precision metal-fabrication capabilities to NWPX’s manufacturing footprint. Serpentix reported annual net sales of approximately $15.6 million for the twelve months ending June 30, 2026. Scott Montross, President and CEO of NWPX, noted that the assets align with the company’s existing dewatering and separation offerings. This move follows the February 2026 purchase of Boughton's Precast, marking the second such expansion for the company this year.
