Hershey Appoints Dave Hulays as Chief Financial Officer

Dave Hulays will take the helm as Hershey’s new chief financial officer on September 2, stepping up from his internal role to replace outgoing executive Steve Voskuil. The transition marks a significant shift in the confectionery giant’s leadership team, with the company looking to capitalize on Hulays’ extensive tenure within its ranks.

Voskuil will pivot to the role of senior vice president of strategic projects, focusing on organizational priorities and facilitating a smooth handover until early next year. His successor is no stranger to the company’s inner workings; Hulays joined the manufacturer in 2012 as vice president of finance for Canada. Over the past decade, he has navigated various departments, including global supply chain, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise transformation.

Before his career at Hershey, Hulays spent 15 years at Procter & Gamble, building a foundation in corporate finance. As he assumes the CFO position, the company has set his annual base salary at $725,000.
