Hiperbaric Unveils High-Throughput HPP System at PACK EXPO 2026
Hiperbaric will debut its latest high-pressure processing system, the H525, at PACK EXPO International in Chicago this October. Featuring 12 independent intensifiers, the machine delivers a record cycle rate of 10.7 cycles per hour while maintaining one of the smallest physical footprints currently available on the market.

Operational efficiency remains central to the design. A built-in return conveyor system removes the need for manual canister lifting, reducing physical strain on staff by up to 20,000 pounds per shift. Furthermore, the machine’s architecture allows individual intensifiers to be isolated for maintenance, ensuring production continues even during service. USA Executive Director Rob Peregrina noted that the system provides a direct solution for processors tasked with expanding capacity without adding square footage. The equipment is supported by Hiperbaric’s global service program, which includes 24/7 remote troubleshooting and 24-hour spare parts shipping.
