Euro Sun Mining Secures $400 Million Debt Path for Rovina Valley

The memorandum of understanding initiates an 18-month window for the consortium to complete due diligence and finalize the debt structure for the site. This senior financing arrangement serves as the primary engine for Euro Sun’s development plans, aiming to transition the project from its current stage into an active mining operation.

Beyond the debt commitment, the company secured an immediate $3 million capital boost through an equity deal with Urion Investment Holdings, a Trafigura subsidiary. This investment involves the issuance of 21.5 million units, deepening the partnership between the miner and the global commodities house as they refine the financial architecture for the Romanian asset.
