AdTech Holding Wins Gold for Strategy-First Transformation

AdTech Holding and its advertising platform, PropellerAds, secured a Gold award at the 2026 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards. The honor recognizes the organization’s pivot toward a strategy-first operational model, a shift designed to turn long-term planning into a daily, measurable discipline across all company departments.

AdTech Holding Wins Gold for Strategy-First Transformation

Developed alongside business consultancy SOTA, the winning program fundamentally altered how the company approaches internal goal-setting. By moving away from periodic leadership exercises, AdTech Holding established a continuous feedback loop that forces teams to identify bottlenecks and adjust priorities in real-time. This structure ensures that strategic objectives are not confined to executive meetings but are woven into the daily execution of cross-functional teams.

Elena Dolya, Chief Administrative Officer at AdTech Holding, noted that the transformation is about creating a shared operating discipline. The new system grants owners of key results greater authority to allocate resources toward high-impact outcomes, bridging the gap between high-level leadership decisions and frontline tasks. Rachel Cooke, COO of Brandon Hall Group, highlighted that this year’s honorees were selected for their ability to deliver measurable business results through effective organizational design. The winners will be formally recognized at the HCM Excellence Conference in West Palm Beach, scheduled for January 2027.
