At IFA 2026 in Berlin, RayNeo unveiled its latest generation of augmented reality hardware, headlined by the RayNeo GT Series and the ultra-lightweight iO smart glasses. The launch highlights a strategic push to integrate cinematic-grade visuals and AI-driven productivity tools into wearable form factors for the global consumer market.

RayNeo Debuts AI-Powered Smart Glasses and Cinematic AR Displays at IFA

The RayNeo GT Series stands out as the first AR eyewear to support Dolby Vision playback, aiming to deliver high-contrast, immersive entertainment. By partnering with Bang & Olufsen to tune the audio profile, the company has addressed the persistent challenge of achieving balanced bass and midrange clarity within the constraints of a compact, wearable frame. The lineup also features real-time AI conversion, upgrading standard dynamic range content to HDR quality for a more vivid viewing experience.

Contrasting the entertainment-focused GT line, the new RayNeo iO glasses target daily productivity. Weighing just 33 grams, the device functions as a heads-up display that surfaces navigation cues, live captions, and AI-generated summaries directly in the user’s line of sight. These features are controlled through subtle head gestures, allowing for interaction without manual input. Both product lines were recognized as Honorees at the IFA Innovation Awards 2026, bolstering RayNeo’s position following its top-ranked performance in global AR shipment reports by IDC and Counterpoint Research for the first half of the year.

Retail availability begins September 4, 2026, across 40 countries, with prices ranging from $329 for the entry-level GT model to $499 for the iO smart glasses. RayNeo is providing hands-on demonstrations of the full portfolio at their booth in Hall 21A throughout the duration of the IFA exhibition.
