Terrabis Launches Illinois' First Dual-Window Cannabis Drive-Thru

Two windows are now serving customers at the Terrabis dispensary in Grayville, Illinois, marking the first dual-lane drive-thru of its kind in the state. Located directly off I-64, the facility aims to slash wait times for online orders by allowing two vehicles to process transactions simultaneously.

Terrabis Launches Illinois' First Dual-Window Cannabis Drive-Thru

The expansion follows the enactment of Senate Bill 3222, which legalized drive-thru and curbside pickup models for Illinois cannabis retailers. By implementing a dual-window system, Terrabis intends to accommodate high-traffic periods for both local residents and travelers crossing the nearby Indiana border. The dispensary operates extended hours, staying open until 2 a.m. Tuesday through Saturday and until midnight on Sunday and Monday.

CEO Dan Ambrosino noted that the company leveraged its previous experience operating 24-hour drive-thrus in Missouri to refine the Grayville layout. Customers are required to place and pay for orders online before arriving at the 105 Koehler St. location. Upon arrival, staff verify valid identification at the window before fulfilling the purchase with products ranging from flower and vapes to concentrates.
