The MGTL series introduces high-capacity performance metrics, including support for 250% PV over-sizing and a maximum 440A charge and discharge current. To maximize solar conversion, the system utilizes PID Zero technology, protecting modules while maintaining compatibility with high-current PV inputs. The units feature a 2.0x AC overload capacity for 10-second bursts, providing stable power for demanding household and commercial loads during grid instability.

Sungrow Debuts MGTL Series Hybrid Inverters for Global Markets
A zero-millisecond switch between grid and off-grid power headlines the new MGTL three-phase hybrid inverter series from Sungrow. Designed for residential and commercial applications, the hardware supports a 10 kW to 25 kW range and aims to bolster energy resilience across Southeast Asia, Africa, and Latin America.

Installation and safety receive significant upgrades in this iteration. The hardware operates with a fanless design that limits noise to 35 dB(A) on smaller models and includes a 4.3-inch touchscreen for local system adjustments. Sungrow integrated AFCI 3.0R arc-fault detection to monitor up to 200 meters of cabling, alongside IP66-rated protection and C5 anti-corrosion housing for durability in harsh environments. The system maintains an open battery ecosystem, allowing integration with the MBL120 and MBL160 series, as well as various third-party storage solutions, all managed through the iSolarCloud platform.
