Innventure Investors Face October Deadline in Securities Fraud Suit

Investors who suffered financial losses in Innventure, Inc. between November 17, 2025, and August 13, 2026, now have the opportunity to serve as lead plaintiff in a class action lawsuit. The case, filed by the law firm Glancy Prongay Wolke & Rotter LLP, targets alleged misrepresentations regarding the company’s business operations.

The complaint centers on claims that Innventure misled shareholders about the status of a deal between its subsidiary, Accelsius, and DarkNX. Attorneys allege that the firm failed to disclose a lack of evidence regarding DarkNX’s ability to construct large-scale AI data centers. This omission purportedly led to overstated revenue and cash flow projections for 2026, leaving investors with an inaccurate view of the company's financial health.

Those looking to participate in the litigation must file a motion with the court by October 27, 2026. While the lawsuit has been initiated, no class has been formally certified, and investors retain the right to select their own counsel or remain absent class members. Glancy Prongay Wolke & Rotter LLP, which previously secured top-tier rankings for investor recoveries, is managing the case and can be contacted via their Los Angeles office for further details on claim eligibility.
