Lori Borg, a veteran of the Microsoft ecosystem and former executive at Cognizant, has joined AI-native consulting firm Eliza as Chief Operating Officer. Lori Borg Tapped as COO to Accelerate Eliza’s Enterprise AI Expansion

Borg arrives with two decades of experience in scaling technology ventures, most notably as the founder and CEO of Northwest Cadence, which was eventually acquired by Cognizant. Her background includes a recent tenure as Vice President of Go-to-Market for Americas Enterprise Partner Sales at Microsoft, a position that aligns with Eliza’s current trajectory as an OpenAI Advanced Partner.

CEO Stephen Garden highlighted Borg’s operational discipline as a primary asset for the company’s next phase. As Eliza embeds more engineering teams into large-scale corporate environments, the firm faces the dual challenge of rapid expansion and maintaining the technical agility required for production AI systems. Borg will oversee the structural foundation needed to manage this growth, focusing on team scaling and partner-driven development.
