The company plans to showcase these high-cycle components this October at the Semicon West conference in San Francisco.

For manufacturers, the difference between peak performance and costly downtime often rests on the integrity of individual connection points. Stäubli provides engineered solutions designed to mitigate risks associated with complex fabrication environments, where even minor variations in connectivity can disrupt yield. By offering components capable of maintaining contact integrity over 100,000 cycles and supporting thermal management from cryogenic levels up to 350°C, the firm aims to streamline the validation process for original equipment manufacturers.

Beyond basic connectivity, the company is expanding its footprint into back-end testing through automated systems intended to improve throughput and data integrity. Adam Skare, Head of Business Industrial at Stäubli Corporation, noted that as modern tools require simultaneous stability in both electrical and fluid performance, the role of a specialized partner becomes essential to ensuring the reliability of the complete assembly throughout a tool’s decade-long lifecycle.
