This contract follows another 767-MW agreement announced just last week, pushing the company’s total recent commitments to approximately 1.57 gigawatts. The projects will utilize the company's Vega Series bifacial modules, which feature Galaxion PV cell technology designed specifically for large-scale energy yield and durability.

Inox Solar Americas Secures 800-MW Utility-Scale Supply Deal
Inox Solar Americas has finalized an 800-megawatt supply agreement with a major U.S. renewable developer, marking a significant expansion of its domestic manufacturing footprint. The deal covers two utility-scale solar projects in Colorado and Georgia, with equipment deliveries scheduled to begin in 2027.
Ashok Nair, President and CEO of Inox Solar Americas, noted that the deal reflects the industry’s shift toward domestic manufacturing and supply-chain transparency. The company, which acquired Boviet Solar’s manufacturing assets in Greenville, North Carolina, is positioning itself to meet federal compliance standards, including Prohibited Foreign Entity and Foreign Entity of Concern regulations. With 3 gigawatts of module manufacturing capacity at its North Carolina plant, the company aims to address the technical and financial requirements of large-scale American solar developers.
