PwC US and PwC India are consolidating their advisory operations into a single, integrated platform to capitalize on India’s growing role as a global hub for innovation and talent. The joint venture aims to dissolve geographic boundaries between consulting teams to better serve multinational enterprises and regional clients alike.

Sanjeev Krishan, Chairperson of PwC India and incoming CEO of the new entity, described the venture as a milestone in the firm’s Vision 2030 strategy. He emphasized that the combination allows domestic clients to access global expertise while enabling the firm to scale its investments in AI and workforce development. The transaction remains subject to regulatory approvals and is slated to close in the first half of 2027. Until the deal finalizes, both firms will continue operating under their current structures. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
