Acrodea Swings to Profit as Quarterly Revenue Doubles

Acrodea Inc. posted a net profit of 37 million yen for the first quarter ended July 31, a sharp reversal from the 156 million yen loss recorded during the same period last year. The Japanese firm’s financial turnaround was driven by significant revenue growth, which climbed to 1.67 billion yen.

The company’s latest earnings report, prepared under Japanese accounting standards, highlights a broad recovery across its key performance metrics. Operating profit reached 91 million yen, contrasting with the 125 million yen loss reported in the prior year. Similarly, pretax profit stood at 77 million yen, compared to a 134 million yen loss in 2025.

Earnings per share for the quarter were 0.25 yen, marking a shift from the 1.23 yen loss per share seen previously. The jump in revenue from 806 million yen to 1.67 billion yen underscores the scale of the company's recent operational expansion.
